The bright living area is at the second floor (55 square meter). It features the dining area, kitchen and en-suite living room, all wood floors. The fixed kitchen is well equipped with machines, cookware, dishes and serving essentials, partly in the understairs storage cupboard in the corridor.
The study is located at the backside of this floor and has a view of the neighbouring gardens.
