The River House is a comfortable dwelling in a tranquil green area within walking distance from the historic centre of Maastricht. It features a spacious living house, artist studio and a study.The fabulous rivierview highly adds to an enjoyable stay. 


The house is  centrally located. Amsterdam, London (Olympic Games), Paris, Berlin and other European cities are within short travel distance by hispeed train, plane or car.

We offer this fine house for rent from May 2012 - Sept 2012. During this period we will work in Japan, Kyoto based.

living area & study

The bright living area is at the second floor (55 square meter). It features the dining area, kitchen and en-suite living room, all wood floors. 





The fixed kitchen is well equipped with machines, cookware, dishes and serving essentials, partly in the understairs storage cupboard in the corridor.

The study is located at the backside of this floor and has a view of the neighbouring gardens.

bedrooms & bathroom

The third floor – also with wood floors – has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds; one extra bed is available.The bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with linen, sheets and extra blankets and pillows.



The bathroom  has a bath with shower and the second toilet. The washing machine and 
dryer are conveniently located in a special cupboard. 

some extra's

At the frontside and the backside are small gardens.The front garden has coulerfull flowers, an apple tree and grapes. In the patio at the back you find roses, herbs and various summer flowers. Surrounded by green it has full privacy. It is a lovely place to enjoy the summer evening.







This hall is at the first floor. Here is the entrance to the artist studio, the patio and a toilet.
